Ordering Process

 

Step 1: Adding your product to the shopping basket

 

To add a product to your order you need to go to the product site (more about browsing our shop in the “how to get around our shop” section).

To add it to your shopping basket, click “add to basket” button. If you want to order more than one item, you need to change the quantity in the field on the left side of the “add to basket” button (the default quantity is always 1).

 

 

IMPORTANT: It is not always possible to order multiple pieces of one item; most of our original items are single pieces.

 

After adding the product to your basket you will see all the items you have in your basket at the moment. Check again if the quantities you want to order are correct. To finalize your order you have to click “Go to checkout” button.

After that you will be asked to log-in (unless you are logged in already). To log in you  need to to fill-in the form with your account name and password. If it is your first order with us you must first register before purchasing any items.

 

Step 2: Delivery and payment

 

After logging in you will be moved to the page where you can select your payment and delivery options. After inputting this data, click on the "save" button.

You are allowed to add more than one delivery address – for example your home address and your work address – to your account. When ordering, you can always choose one of your addresses.

 

Step 3: Summary

 

Now you can see if all the details you provided are correct. On the summary page you will see all your order information, for example; quantities, prices, delivery times etc. If this summary is correct you can confirm these details by clicking “next” button.

 

 

Step 4: Finalization

 

At this stage your order is saved in our database. You are then forwarded to our secure payment system. Here you pay for the items you have chosen to purchase. After receiving confirmation of your payment we start to process your order which usually takes around 24-48h (for items delivered from stock).

 

At this stage of ordering, your basket content cannot be changed. If you want to change or alter your order in any way, you must contact us immediately by e-mail
