Prices & Payments
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Payment can be made by credit/debit cards and PayPal via our online secure server or by fax, post or telephone. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Security of the payments
Architectural Classics.com guarantees that when you purchase goods at our site you won’t have to worry about credit card safety. We guarantee that every transaction you make at Architectural Classics.com will be 100% safe. The good news is that this means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Architectural Classics.com. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Delivery
Goods will normally be despatched within the handling time shown on the product pages, order summary and in the confirmation e-mail you will receive after making an order. A delivery charge will be calculated on your order and added to your shopping basket, see the how to order section for further details. Any shortages, non delivery or damages must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of a delivery.
Returns Policy
Our "no questions asked" returns policy for all products listed in our online catalog ensures your complete satisfaction.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason before delivery and within 14 calendar days after the day of receiving your goods. Should you decide to request a refund please notify us immediately by emailing:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product please e-mail or fax the request within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. Remember, we cannot accept any returns without prior approval.
All the products you are returning must be in original condition and packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation shipped with the product. We will exchange the goods or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
In the event of you canceling your order within the time-frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in a saleable condition (that is in original packaging and unused). The returns must be shipped back by registered shipping method (remember, you are responsible for delivering it back to us). The shipping costs have to be covered by you, we will not accept any COD parcels to our stock. The delivery of returned goods can be arranged by us. If that is the case, you will be charged with the direct costs of recovery.
After 14 working days the sale is considered closed and we will not make a refund.
All products marked as a 'special orders' are produced to order, so generally (unless they are faulty) they cannot be objects of the returns. The exceptions can be made, but every case will be discussed individually.
