Handling & Delivery Times

Every product in our shop has its own handling time. If the handling time is 48h this means that the ordered item will be shipped to you within the next 48 hours, if it is 14 days it will be shipped to you within the next 14 days etc etc. To calculate your delivery time you have to sum the handling time and shipping time. The average shipping times are as follows:

United Kingdom & Ireland	2-4 days	2 days
Rest of Europe	5-7 days	2-3 days
United States & Canada	7-10 days	2-4 days
Rest of the World	7-21 days	2-7 days

So, for example, mail delivery within United Kingdom will take approximately 2-4 days.

IMPORTANT: if you are placing your order on Friday, Saturday, on Christmas Eve etc., the handling times may be slightly longer than anticipated.

Please bear in mind, that if you are ordering multiple items, and the handling times are different for each item ordered, the handling of the order will be same as the item with the longest handling time in your order. For example, you have ordered the following items;

Door knocker (usually shipped within 48h)
Center knob (usually shipped within 48h)
Letter plate (usually shipped within 14 days)
Bell push (usually shipped within 30 days)

The handling time of your order will therefore be 30 days as this is the longest handling time in your basket.

Free delivery

We'll pay shipping costs on your purchases over:

• United Kingdom  £150

• Ireland  €200

• Europe  €500

• US & Canada  €1000  ($1500)

To participate, simply add products to your shopping basket and Free Standard Delivery will be automatically applied after you exceed the minimum order amount.

Free delivery terms & conditions

* This offer is limited to standard delivery by GLS or ground post.
* Applies only to door accessories, lightning and heavy garden fittings are excluded.
* No Coupon Code necessary, the free delivery will be unlocked automatically after your order exceed the above mentioned amounts.
* Entire order must be shipped to a single address.
* This offer excludes delivery to some remote locations, if you live on a remote island or other location that is not covered by daily courier service, please contact us before ordering.
* Customer is responsible for all delivery costs for returned merchandise.

Delivery Rates

Our delivery rates are based on the weight of the products you order. The minimum shipping charge is £4,75 (€5). To estimate your delivery cost please use our shipping calculator on the product page.

Our Contractors

All our Standard Deliveries are shipped with GLS (Europe) or ground mail (other locations). GLS deliveries in United Kingdom are contracted to Parcel Force. Our Express Deliveries are shipped with UPS.
