Our "no questions asked" returns policy for all products listed in our online catalog ensures your complete satisfaction. 

 

You have the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason before delivery and within 14 calendar days after the day of receiving your goods. Should you decide to request a refund please notify us immediately by emailing:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product please e-mail or fax the request within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. Remember, we cannot accept any returns without prior approval.

 

All the products you are returning must be in the original condition and packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation shipped with the product. We will exchange the goods or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

 

In the event of you canceling your order within the time-frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in a saleable condition (that is in original packaging and unused). The returns must be shipped back by registered shipping method (remember, you are responsible for delivering it back to us). The shipping costs have to be covered by you, we will not accept any COD parcels to our stock. The delivery of returned goods can be arranged by us. If that is the case, you will be charged with the direct costs of recovery.

 

After 14 working days the sale is considered closed and we will not make a refund.

 

All products marked as a 'special orders' including any light fittings are produced to order, so generally (unless they are faulty) they cannot be objects of the returns. The exceptions can be made, but every case will be discussed individually.
