Description:
Feel the heart-leaping thrill of smooth swift motion, every time your fingers ski across the surface of these serenely smooth handles from Pamar Italian Hardware. Enjoy their polished lustre on your kitchen, bathroom and bedroom cupboards.

Rodolfo Dordoni is one of the heirs to that tradition of the Castiglione Brothers, Sottsass and de Lucchi.
He was born in Milan in 1954 and graduated in architecture at the Politecnio University in 1979. Following a period of working as an architect, Dordoni redirected his talents to pursue industrial design. His approach to the process of design and production is broad and includes the development of image strategies, product concepts, design and the development of product marketing.
As a designer, he has worked with Artemide, Crassevig, Moroso, Cappelini International and Arteluce among many other prominent companies. As an architect, he has designed for Dolce & Gabbana, Panasonic and Beierdorf.

Pamar was founded in Lombardy in the early fifties, during a time of courage, risk-taking and innovation. Angelo Redaelli was one such enterprising person - he set up his own company after managing a small metalworking company immediate following the Second World War. Enthralled by the world of metal accessories, Mr Redaelli was encouraged by his family, with his wife soon becoming a dynamic and essential member of the team.

Pamar specialises in the production of handles, knobs and furniture accessories, and developed quickly into an industrial structure whose guiding priciples were quality, innovation and efficiency.

Success didn't take long in coming. The demand for Pamar handles grew as the Italian furniture sector became stronger, expanding its market internationally.
From the mid-eighties the company's benefited from the assidious contribution of Redaelli's children, Marco, Fabio and Silvia, who worked with passion, enthusiasm, and their own specific skills.

Working alongside leading architects and designers, Pamar develops a full comprehensive range of handles in a contemporary style, capable of satisfying any design requirements.

For Pamar, quality is a value to be pursued and achieved day after day in an efficient, safe workplace. Environmental safeguards are guaranteed by the use of state-of-the-art water and air purification systems and extensive quality control systems.
