The knobs are from the Regency architectural period in England, dominant while King George the IV was Prince Regent. Georgian symmetry combined with a little elegance and individuality, for the time. That is obvious in these gorgeous knobs. They are made from solid brass, and have a beautiful natural colour and feel. This feeling is furthered by the natural patina that will develop on the unlacquered brass with time. All installation hardware is included with these. These Regency Style door knobs are beautiful quality, with each set made from solid brass. The brass on the door knob, back plates and fixing screws has not been lacquered, and so will gently mellow with age and use, developing a lovely patina over time. The knobs are suitable for mortice locks. It is a quality piece of door furniture. The set includes a spindle and the screws.
