Description:
Original quality, 19th century, cast iron door knocker in an 'Adam' style, with provision to fit an engraved brass plate if required. The backplate has the feel of an 'Adam' urn and the knocking loop is in the form of a laurel wreath. Replacement nuts and bolts have been fitted and all has been cleaned and finished in a clear lacquer. Complete and in good and working order.
